Luminus Systems Limited (LSL)
was founded in 2002 in Melbourne Australia. Our principal activity at this time was the commercial exploitation of our digital imaging and data management technology portfolio. In 2003, Luminus Systems executed a restructure and brand relaunch and moved to become an Australian listed public company. This occurred on 21 October 2005.
Today, Luminus Systems is a multistrategy investment company that maintains interests in a diverse range of investments in sectors including manufacturing, resources, healthcare and IT services and solutions. In addition the company maintains a trading portfolio focused on generating sustainable returns.
