Executive Chairman
Mr Catalano was appointed Executive Chairman of Luminus Systems Limited on
28 December 2002 after the reorganisation of Digital Now Inc.
Prior to this, Mr Catalano was the Chairman of Digital Now Inc. He was appointed Chairman on 5 November 2001 after the Company filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection.
Mr Catalano’s also a Director of Chimaera Capital, a licensed Australian securities dealer and corporate advisor, since 1996. He was previously a Director of the Alternative Capital Group of Credit Suisse First Boston International (CSFB), London and the Chairman of Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette Australia.

Ian Pattison

Mr Pattison is a founding director of the board of Luminus Systems Ltd and was appointed Deputy Chairman of Luminus Systems Limited on 28 December 2002 after the reorganisation of Digital Now Inc.
Prior to this, Mr Pattison was appointed to the board of Digital Now Inc. He was appointed 15 November 2001 after the company filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection.
Mr Pattison is also a Director of Chimaera Capital, a licensed Australian securities dealer and corporate advisor.

Gary Mueller

Director and Chief Operating Officer
Mr Mueller was appointed to the board of Luminus Systems Ltd on
28 December 2002 after the reorganisation of Digital Now Inc.
Prior to the reorganisation, Mr Mueller had been the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Digital Now Inc. from December 2000. He was also the Company’s Chief Operating Officer before this appointment.
Mr Mueller has also taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer of a new Company also called Digital Now Inc. This company has been formed to help further the development of the technology developed by the original Digital Now Inc company.
Mr Mueller’s previous positions include Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Global Services Network, Inc. and Vice President and General Manager of Mitron. In addition Mr Mueller served as Vice President and General Manager of Novell’s Developer Services Division. Mr Mueller also has held various positions for eight years with Xerox and 13 years with Eastman Kodak Company.
