	CFK Childcare Centre Limited CFK Childcare Centres Limited is an Australian public listed company providing high quality childcare services.	Dentalcorp Dental Corporation Pty Ltd (Dental Corp) has been established to acquire and grow top end general, cosmetic and specialist dental practices.

	Digital Now Inc. Digital Now Inc. helps businesses and organisations streamline and secure online customer communications by enabling authenticated, client-sensitive data delivery, exchange and retrieval.	Image Trends Inc. Image Trends Inc. a select team of engineers and industry professionals whose primary goal is to invent and develop creative tools and products that enrich our lives through improved digital imagery.

	Promim Promim is an Australian-owned company, which provides services to companies in the ICT industry.

Technology Licensing Agreements (TLAs)

Luminus Systems has licensed its technology including the Digital Photofactory software suite and related tools and products to companies in Europe and North America.

All Technology Licensing Agreements (TLAs) are non-exclusive and structured along the Company’s principal geographical segments as follows:

Northern and Western Europe (“NWE”): - covering the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, the Nordic region, Benelux and Germany, France and Switzerland. The licensee of NWE is Infinite Solutions GmbH, a company managed and controlled by the former Managing Director of the Hinwil facility, Rolf Ehrsam.
Southern Europe (“SE”): - covering principally Italy and Spain. The Licensee of SE is GMCS.r.l, a company managed and controlled by Giovanni Morini, the former Managing Director of the Como facility.
Americas: - covering North America, Latin America and South America. The Licensee of the Americas is GHM Labs Inc., a company managed and controlled by Gary Mueller, the former Chief Operating Officer of the company.
